Vardy Property Group purchased the Honda dealership on Concord Way in June 2009. The property is let to Honda Motor Europe Ltd until 2024, with Benfield Motors operating from the premises as franchisee.

The premises occupy a commanding position on the junction of Concord Way and Queen Elizabeth Way with local occupiers including Vauxhall, Mercedes Benz, Landrover and BMW.
